The law firm SSJM & partners was established by JUDr. Sodomka and JUDr. Souček in 1990, shortly after the change of the political regime in the Czech Republic. Its objective was to provide comprehensive legal services to business organizations and entrepreneurs.
The spectrum of activities of our law office was gradually growing and, as the time passed by, the firm expanded the number of its partners and experts in law. Now, our law firm has 4 partners, attorneys of various expertises, articled clerks and other specialists ready to provide our clients with the professional advice in five languages.
All our lawyers are highly experienced professionals, with deep expertise. Many of them received their legal training and legal practice not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad, practising as lawyers in international companies or in law offices abroad.
Our clients are national and international companies, foreign investment firms, pension funds, banks and other financial institutions, as well as medium-size or new enterprises.
